I've created another mock up and the previous design problem, being that there wasn't enough pages for a double spread for each letter, has now been solved by the genius and complex idea of adding another page. This also allows for a small introduction. More pages could be added for ending notes etc.
I will add photos when I have found a sewing kit to bound the book together.
