Minimalist/Symbolism Type

Here I've been cutting up Futura, which incidently I think is now my favourite type, much better than Helvetica, and trying to choose parts of each letter which are the most significant or are iconic to that character.

This is an example of my experimenting with it so far but I want to keep going, potentially making it almost glyphic in nature.
