Business Card design request

This business card is a design for my hairdresser who is looking to cultivate some additional clients and wanted to be able to hand out contact details in a simple and sophisticated manner, so what better than a business card. As for the design, I wanted to incorporate some form of imagery with the text, so that they merged seamlessly and the most associated image with hairdressing was scissors. Quite fortunately my hairdresser's initials lent themselves very well to the scissors design I had imagined and this was completed within a short space of time.
